This is a full producer engagement. We are not consultants you pay for advice. We are producers who attach to your project, take on real responsibility, and see it through from the first investor conversation to final delivery.
An approved application is required. We take on a limited number of projects at a time. If your film is accepted, you receive the full team and full scope described below — subject to a written producing agreement.
This is a 12-month producing engagement. From development through post-production and distribution strategy, our team is formally attached to your project for the full duration. This is not an advisory retainer — it is a producer attachment with real deadlines, real deliverables, and real accountability.
Our fee is approximately 3% of the total production budget, with a minimum engagement of $35,000. In addition to the retainer, our team receives 3 producer points — backend participation in net revenues from the film. Full terms are outlined in the written producer agreement executed prior to engagement.
We review every project before committing. Not every film is right for this program — and this program is not right for every film. The consultation is where we determine mutual fit. If selected, a written producer agreement is executed before any work begins.

We are not writing the script, directing the film, or acting in it. We are not legal counsel — though we coordinate it. We are not promising that your film will get financed or distributed.
We are producing it — managing the people, the money, and the process — with real producer credit, real responsibility, and real skin in the outcome.
